Andrea Perkins

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Andrea developed her interest in real estate over the last 20 years by working alongside some of Austin’s most influential realtors. While simultaneously graduating from UT’s McCombs School of Business with a BBA in Accounting, she received her real estate license in 2004. She has worked for a handful of top producers while experiencing all of the excitement and challenges of the Austin real estate market.

Always seeking a new challenging life adventure, Andrea sought to gain experience in additional professions. This led her to embark on a corporate retail career with Anthropologie in Philadelphia, fulfilling a longtime passion for the fashion industry. This journey was filled with endless learning and unforgettable experiences in both creative and analytical positions over seven years. With an emphasis in financial and inventory planning, Andrea honed the skills of a talented Planning Manager with BHLDN, Anthropologie’s Wedding brand. 

In 2017, Andrea made the move back to Austin to be able to spend more time with family. This is now her permanent home and she can’t imagine her future anywhere else! Austin truly represents everything Andrea loves about a city, large or small: beautiful surroundings, a dynamic food scene and a vibrant, diverse culture. 

Andrea joined our team in 2023 as Director of Operations and her primary focuses are contract-to-close and compliance. With an extensive real estate background and keen eye for financial planning, she’s an invaluable asset to our team.
